Purchasing Lots

1. The purchase of cemetery lots is limited to persons whose principal residence is the Town of Princeton. 

2. One purchaser may purchase up to four lots.
 

1. Contact the Cemetery Superintendent at 978-340-8483 to arrange a meeting at the cemetery to view available lots. 

2. After you have selected the desired lot(s), the Superintendent will give you the description and lot number(s). 

3. Payment is due at the time of lot selection. Check should be made out to the Town of Princeton for the total amount due for the lot(s) plus a $20.00 filing fee per deed.

4. All deeds are signed by the Selectboard and will be sent to you within 2-3 weeks of your purchase. If the deed is not received within 3 weeks, please contact the Town Clerk's office (978-464-2103).
