Friday, February 5

Princeton Winter Carnival Snow Sculpture Contest!

WHERE? THE PRINCETON TOWN COMMON
WHO? GROUPS, FAMILIES AND INDIVIDUALS
WHEN TO BUILD? FEBRUARY 1 TO FEBRUARY 5 AT 6:30 PM

SIGN UP: For $20 you can reserve a "snow sculpture spot". Call Kathy
Sweeney at: 978 464-5925 or e-mail her at kathyswny@yahoo.com

JUDGING: February 5 at 6:30 PM. The best sculpture will be decided
50/50 by a panel of 3 judges AND the popular vote for $1:00 per vote
from 3 PM to 6 PM . Incredible prizes for the winner(s)!

FIREWORKS after the judging!

Post -Event Party at the Mountain Barn After the Fireworks!

Saturday, February 6

Snow Day at Wachusett Mountain Ski Area-8:00 AM to 4:00 PM!

Advance tickets are for sale at Mountainside Market, the Library and on-line.
No ticket sales on February 6.

SPONSORSHIP

The 2010 Winter Carnival fund-raising goal for the benefit of Princeton Parks and
Recreational facilities is $5,000 dollars. According to Carnival chair-person Kelton
Burbank, "The money goes to fund youth sports programs such as soccer, basketball,
baseball/softball. It also pays for the maintenance of the fields/courts and equipment
upgrades. We hope to purchase new playground equipment for various sites around
town and to build new multi-use trail systems some of which may need bridges."
Businesses, Groups, and Individuals are invited to become Sponsors. Your donations
are tax-deductible.

The donation levels are as follows:

Gold-$500
