We will have many craft, town & business vendors. Please see the attached vendor application if you are interested in participating that day.
If you are interested in playing that day please fill out the attached vendor application.
The basketball courts will be open for free play. Corn hole will be set up along with face painting, raffles, pie eating contest and more!
Unfortunately, Gigi's Snack Shack is closing as of August 31st. We are sorry to see them go. We will be looking for volunteers to run the snack shack during the Princetonfest. If you are interested please contact P&R.
Princetonfest is on the same day as the Town Wide Yard Sale. We hope everyone will take advantage of both great events!!
I have met with two state approved playground companies Premier Park & Play & O'Brien & Sons. I am scheduled with P&R Commission on August 21st to make a decision on what equipment will best suit the towns play needs. Both plans are geared towards 2-5 & 5-12 year olds with adaptive boards to meet the needs of all children who visit. This play equipment will be installed on Krashes Field to the left of the basketball court.
Parks & Recreation is very excited to expand and grow that beautiful area!
School will be starting on August 29th. As always P&R is looking for people interested in instructing after school classes. Last school year we had Primitive Skills & Woodworking with John Buffington, ART with Andrea Driscoll, Yoga with Jaime Mellecker, Sewit with Nicole Abady, STEM with Barbara Jorda and Tennis with Patty Pavone. If you have special skills such as, typing, ASL, photography, engine model and repair, etc. P&R would love to hear from you.
